The Russian politico-military leadership intends to occupy at least the entire Donetsk region.
After the false referendums, Russia will continue the war and intends to take over the entire territory of the Donetsk region. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov in a comment to the Russian media on Wednesday 28 September.
“At least what I can tell you with absolute accuracy, you know that not all the territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic have been liberated yet. We are talking about a territory that is by 2014,” Peskov said.
He noted that now the minimum task is “to liberate the entire territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic”.
