FAW Bestune T77, which became the basis of the Lada X-Cross 5, increased in price by 436 thousand rubles
In Russia in November, prices for the FAW Bestune T77 crossover, on the basis of which the St. Petersburg-assembled Lada X-Cross 5 is built, increased sharply. This was reported by Auto News of the Day with reference to data from FAW’s own monitoring of price lists.
The most affordable version of Bestune T77 has risen in price by 18%, or 439 thousand rubles. After increasing the price, it can be purchased for at least 2.86 million rubles. The car in the more expensive Prestige Plus DCT version has risen in price by 436 thousand rubles, to 3.02 million rubles.
In addition, the FAW Bestune T77 with a manual transmission has disappeared from the list of available trim levels. In both available versions, the crossover is equipped with a 1.5 turbo engine with 160 hp, a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.
Lada X-Cross 5, the start of production of which was given in the summer of 2023, has not yet gone on sale, and prices have not been announced.
