In St. Petersburg, Russia, the video showed children who were quietly rolling on a swing at a time when a fire was raging in a neighboring house. The video was published by eyewitnesses on social networks.
According to Russian media reports, the fire occurred at 172 Stachek Avenue on Wednesday, August 4. Garbage on the third floor of the building caught fire on an area of 30 square meters.
The arrived firefighters liquidated the fire in half an hour. There are no casualties.
