PSN is considered effective in suppressing the breeding of mosquitoes.
The reason is, by doing PSN, mosquito breeding places can be anticipated.
That way, mosquitoes can not breed.
“So we focus on preventing mosquitoes from breeding, blocking places where mosquitoes can breed like puddles. If there is no regular PSN, the possibility is very high,” said Kartika.
Places that have the potential to become mosquito nests can be cleaned once a week.
The community is expected to do this so that the larvae do not grow into mosquitoes.
