The Tangier Security Province has allocated a total of 5,700 personnel from various security formations, law enforcement units and public forces, to ensure rational and tight management of the friendly match that will be held on Saturday evening at the Grand Stadium in Tangier, between the Moroccan national team and its Brazilian counterpart.
For the same purpose, the Tangiers security mandate harnessed about 200 security vehicles, coinciding with the general director of national security and national territory control, Abdellatif Hammouchi, making a field visit to the Grand Stadium in Tangiers.
During this visit, Hammouchi was briefed on the security and safety protocol adopted by the Tangier Security Province, to secure this global sporting event, and to provide a safe environment for conducting this match in the best conditions.
The Director General of National Security and National Soil Monitoring listened to a detailed presentation by the Wali of Tangier Security (photo), on the work plans that have been put in place to ensure smooth traffic, ensure road security and enable fans to flock to the stadium. He also reviewed the scheme for securing the stands and the various facilities of the stadium.
