In the famous Odessa dolphinarium “Nemo” on Sunday, June 6, a dolphin attacked a child. As a result, the boy was taken to a hospital, where doctors stitched him.
This was reported by Telegram channel “Odessa Info”. The corresponding video, where the animal bites the child’s hand, was sent by his mother (to watch the video, scroll the page to the end).
The incident occurred during a contact program that takes place after the performance of marine animals. The dolphin apparently thought that the little spectator was holding out a fish to him.
The parents of the injured child, however, are outraged by the lack of reaction from the management of the dolphinarium, which said that they themselves were to blame, they say, did not overlook.

Odessans noticed that this is not the first time that such a situation has happened, which is why animal rights activists point to the strong stress that animals experience in captivity and training.
