Compared to the previous term, defenders Kaspars Dubra and Antonijs Chernomordijs, midfielders Ingars Sarmis Stuglis and Vladimirs Kamešs, as well as goalkeeper Kaspars Ikstens have returned to the list of national team candidates.
The Latvian national team will first play a test match with San Marino on November 11, then return to Latvia, where on November 14 there will be a UEFA League of Nations duel with the Faroe Islands, and at the end, domestic footballers will have a fight with Andorra on November 17.
In September, in the first group of the UEFA Nations D League, Latvians played 0-0 with Andorra at home and fought 1: 1 with Malta. Another draw was recorded in October in Tourshavn, where another 1 – 1 draw was played with Faroese footballers. In the next game, Latvia conceded to Malta with 0: 1.
