The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) forecasts very strong gusts in Cantabria for this Saturday 7 January in the internal areas high in the morning.
Cloudy or overcast. Rains and showers. Scattered fogs and mists in the interior mountainous areas. Snow limit above 1,600-1,800 metres.
Minimum temperatures on the rise. Maximum temperatures decreasing in the southwest, increasing in the extreme south and with little variation in the rest. Light frosts on the peaks of Lebanon.
Wind from the south and southwest, with strong intervals and very strong gusts in the high areas of the interior in the morning, decreasing at noon to variable sluggish in the north and moderate southwest in the south.
Minimum and maximum temperatures expected: Cabezón de la Sal, 8 and 17; Castro Urdiales, 9 and 16; Pots, 3 and 14; Reinosa, 0 and 9; San Vicente de la Barquera, 8 and 18; Santander, 10 and 17 years old, and Torrelavega, 8 and 17 years old.
