For half a week everyone in the lure circle, pardon me, was able to adjust to the tightened corona measures. So there was enough time for everything to be clear at the beginning of the lockdown light on Monday. So a lot. Well, at least some.
What exactly the new restrictions mean for individual citizens, organizations, associations and other actors was not always apparent at first glance. But at least there were some real realizations. At the adult education centers one finally had the certainty that – even if they were not raised to the rank of a religion and therefore enjoy special rights – at least they would not be dismissed as a mere leisure activity. The VHS Moosburg wrote on its homepage, for example, that it was “possible to be perceived as an equal main area of the education system”.
While every ordinary snuff club or finger hook club has to shut down, the adult education centers can remain open. Just like regular schools, colleges, tree and dog schools. Only when it came to the exercise and relaxation courses were the VHS not so sure. It is assumed, however, that these “have to be discontinued due to the very restrictive requirements for the sports sector”. Apparently, the realization that the course “Bodyforming – women among themselves” does not necessarily have more to do with education than a children’s karate course in a gymnastics and sports club could perhaps break out here.
So while in some areas the boundaries are fluid, elsewhere there are no two opinions: whether pubs or Kneipp pubs, everything is forbidden. Appealing to religious freedom or a higher educational mandate is likely to be rather difficult in both cases.
