“All in all, we remember the legendary director Tina Herzberg, who had transformed this theater. She has created shows for adults, created different formats together with Pavel Schönhoff. puppet, – she still lives here with us,” explained director Edgars Kaufeld.

Actors, who are not otherwise visible to the audience when they direct the puppets, have the opportunity to highlight their acting skills more clearly and also more visibly.

“For this show, we created costumes especially that are both a “black cabinet” and that highlight their personality or their dreams of wanting to be actors in drama, or wanting to be more “alive.” It’s all there, and you can see it all,” says artist Pamela Butāne.

“Dramatic actors know dramatic theatre, but we know both dramatic theater and special puppetry. And that has always been a great advantage for puppets,” said the actress Santa Dijus.

In the “legendary show” Raimonds Paul’s most famous tunes are played, which received a new sound from Juris Vaivods.
