The last training started traditionally lukewarmly. After the green lights came on, six riders rode to the installation wheels. Then the activity on the track stopped. Carlos Sainz drove off after 15 minutes. The others set off five minutes later.
The Mercedes drivers, who were overtaken by Max Verstappen for a while, got to the front again. The Red Bull rider finished sixth in the end, but in a slower middle mix.
Ten minutes before the end, they interrupted red flag training. Daniel Ricciardo stopped his car on the track just a short time after setting the third fastest time.
Three minutes before the end, the training was restarted. Carlos Sainz took second place, where he added his teammate.
The riders made room in preparation for the fast bike. Hamilton overtook at the end of the circuit and had to do something to avoid colliding with one of his opponents.
