Volodymyr Tymoshko, head of the Kharkiv District Headquarters of the National Police of Ukraine, assumed that the number of tragic cases will only increase in the spring.
“Soon we will have spring, the snow will melt, many people will go to their summer cottages. Most of the summer cottage areas located in Chuhujiv, Balaklia and Kharkiv districts are mined and you have to be very careful. We can predict that the number of people suffering from explosions will increase to mines,” Tymoshko stressed.
