In the life of actress Ekaterina Volkova, known for “First Aid” and “Ricochet”, there were many trials. First of all, the death of the father of her children, the writer Eduard Limonov, is remembered. Indeed, since then, the care of the growing heirs has fallen solely on the shoulders of the actress, who has to be torn between home and work.

A year ago, 48-year-old Ekaterina became a grandmother for the first time. This joyful event added bright colors to the life of the actress, but first of all she still remains a mother for her children from Eduard Limonov, who so far go to school – by the way, to the most ordinary, but with an English bias. Playing in the theater and acting in television projects, Volkova tries to maintain a balance between career and family.

At the same time, Catherine also has to constantly look for an approach to the growing heirs. The artist considers herself a loyal and patient mother, but sometimes she loses her nerves. Moreover, from time to time, Catherine wants to break into Bogdan and Alexander, because, according to the star, “now children are a test for parents.” Volkova sees the main problem in the fact that their family does not have a strict father.

Especially this thought pesters the artist because of her son Bogdan, with whom she does not know what to do: whether to send her to a military school, or to the cadets. Ekaterina takes advice from the “wise women” Alena Sviridova and Elena Yakovleva, who already have adult sons. They convince that children in especially difficult periods should be treated with love and patience. By the way, many could argue with this position of Yakovleva, because many consider her son a freak.

“Bogdan and Alexandra, it seems to me, they are both Limonov. He has always been “an eternal boy who ss … t against the wind.” I speak figuratively, of course, but I would like to mention this comparison now. Because I’m angry today: they threw the tea leaves in the sink at home. And I think: “What is this? That’s for me?” I tell my son: “Come on, come here.” And Bogdan always has the same answer: “no”, “I don’t want”, “I won’t”. It’s very difficult with this “no”, ”the actress shared.

Volkova also has enough problems with her mother. She, it turns out, is still trying to push her daughter for herself, although it is Catherine who now feeds the family. It is noteworthy that in spite of everything, the actress tries to control herself and maintain her inherent optimism.

“In general, I prefer to laugh about it, because if you don’t laugh now and be intolerant, then darkness begins in everyone’s heads,” the star concluded.
