JSC “Sadales tīkls” has created a new customer self-service e-environment tool – virtual assistant Valt. It operates 24/7 and answers questions about “Distribution Network” services also outside the company’s working hours, on weekends and holidays, the company informs.
The virtual assistant answers questions about the most important topics for customers – new electricity connection, metering and billing of energy consumed, coordination of projects and works, power supply interruptions, customer portal e-st.lv, digital card, etc. Valts has already learned more than 6,000 potential customer questions and answers, and with each conversation we continue to learn and develop, both by broadening the range of topics and by answering the questions even more precisely. Valts is currently available on the website www.sadalestikls.lv, but in the future – also on other “Distribution Network” platforms.
“Already 100% of the Distribution Network services are available in the e-environment.
