During the months of January-March 2023, 44,300 pensions, allowances and scholarships were determined proactively through the electronic system.
SIA was informed about this by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population.
Of them, 10.3 thousand pensions, 34 thousand allowances and scholarships were assigned.
Starting from the beginning of 2019, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population electronicized the determination of pensions, and later allowances and scholarships.
These e-appointment systems ensure the appointment of the mentioned social payments through the e-system without applying to the citizens and without submitting documents if their rights arise.
In recent years, labor, employment, social security, disability, rehabilitation, etc. 30 electronic reference services were also created within the framework of the electronicization program for fields. In the first quarter of this year, 110,000 e-references were issued to citizens through these e-services.
