The fourth season of the show “X Factor” will end this Sunday, December 12. Greta Grantiņa, Eduards Rediko and Viktors Buntovskis will fight for 10,000 euros and a contract with the music recording company Universal Music Group, of whom Greta has the best chance of winning.
Even before the first live broadcast of “X Factor”, the main favorites among the bookmakers were Diona Liepiņa, Eduards Rediko and Grēta Grantiņa, but Diona Liepiņa, who was considered the strongest competitor of Greta so far, suddenly withdrew from the fight in the semi-finals. For the time being, Viktors Buntovskis is also demonstrating a convincing performance, who has won the sympathy of the audience with his stage peace and unusual timbre, thus reaching the super final of the show.
In the final show, the audience will face a tense fight – the chances of winning also depend to a large extent on the prepared performances. Participants will take the stage twice, where one of the performances will be performed together with a popular Latvian musician. Greta Grantiņa is considered to be the main favorite of the spectators, evaluating her chances of winning with 55%, while Viktor Buntovskis and Eduards Rediko have similar chances – each in the range of 25-30%. However, bookmakers seem to underestimate the tendency of Latvian viewers to support their sympathy, regardless of the performance in the particular performance or the chances of a future career, and in this case Buntovsky has a much better chance.
