ROMA – The investigation on capital gains will become a sporting process. The prosecutor of the football federation today forwarded the referral for administrative offense to eleven clubs. Among the clubs referred (i.e. referred to a sporting judgment), five Serie A clubs: Juventus e Naplesbut also Genoa, Sampdoria e Empoli. Those who risk the most, however, are other clubs: in fact, only the violation of article 31 paragraph 1 is contested to the clubs of the top league, i.e. providing false, reticent or partial information or conduct aimed at evading federal regulations on management and economic matters: situations that provide for nothing more than a fine with warning, according to the Code of Sports Justice.
