A woman born in 1940 managed to escape thanks to the clothesline. Exhausted, she was filmed by rescuers.
In the city of Terebovlya, Ternopil region, on Tuesday, August 3, an 81-year-old woman, falling from the balcony of the fifth floor, caught herself on the ropes on the floor below. She was saved. This was reported by the State Emergency Service.
“On August 3, the emergency call number 101 received a message that in Terebovlya, at 30 Sichovykh Streltsov Street, there is a threat of a person falling from the balcony of the fourth floor,” the message says.
Arriving at the indicated address, the rescuers saw a woman who, when falling, caught on the clothesline for drying clothes and was held in this way.
While one of the employees of the State Emergencies Service supported the exhausted woman, others installed a retractable ladder and got to her. The victim was taken to the balcony of the third floor and safely handed over to the doctors.
We will remind, on the eve in Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region the woman fell from the balcony of the ninth floor, however, it caught on the window sill between the floors and was held that way until the arrival of the rescuers.
