Microsoft’s purchase of Activision-Blizzard continues to face complications now from third parties, namely that the Swedish company, Sjunde AP-Fonden, recently filed a lawsuit. The defendant companies have decided to respond against this lawsuit.

In any case, the companies did not stand by and responded against the lawsuit, Joe Christinat, one of their spokesmen, responded by stating that the Swedish agency is wrong, as everything was done legally. It is not yet clear what will come of this lawsuit, however, if the merger between Microsoft and Activision-Blizzard goes through, it will transform the owner of Xbox into one of the largest gaming companies in the world.
