The Municipality of Sozopol has launched the recruitment of proposals from the private sector for the construction of the Object: MUNICIPAL PARKING in UPI-V “For Landscaping and Parking” in quarter 44, Sozopol.
Due to the significant value of the object, it cannot be realized in a short period of time and at the same time be fully financed by the municipal budget, in view of which an option for agreements between the public and private sectors is being sought.
The purpose of these partnerships is to use the financial capabilities of the private sector to construct, operate and maintain public infrastructure.
The basis of the project is the creation of an attractive design and the provision of an effective system for parking, social and cultural activities outdoors on a total built-up area of 19,886 square meters.
The project provides up to 550 parking spaces for cars, charging stations for electric vehicles and spaces for bicycles. On level A0, there is a separate automated parking lot with a capacity of 74 places, as well as a cafe-sweet shop with a children’s corner, the roof of which continues into an attractive pedestrian area with a view of the seashore.
The spatial solution is multifaceted: separate areas and different directions of movement, aimed at creating a functional environment.
The design creates multiple smaller spaces that can be used for different purposes and cultural events. In the recreation area, the building of an atmosphere that would bring an environment for relaxation, relaxation and a comfortable stay was sought.
The spatial organization offers different points of view: space for exhibitions, botanical corners, different walking routes with a clear orientation.
There are more than 224 parking spaces on level B1, and more than 252 parking spaces on level B2, with vertical communication through 2 cores – each with a stairwell and elevator, car ramps and a panoramic spiral pillar.
The preliminary value of the project is BGN 9,885,600 including VAT.
