Batteries have begun to be turned off in Belarus, writes BELTA.
They began turning off heat in industrial and administrative buildings in Grodno.
Thus, from April 1, the supply of heat to public and administrative buildings, industrial enterprises and other organizations in Gomel stopped.
The Mogilev City Executive Committee made the same decision. Based on weather conditions and the long-term forecast, the first stage of heating systems in the city will be turned off starting April 2.
Let us remind you that in residential buildings the batteries are turned off when the air temperature outside the window does not drop below plus 8°C for three days.
The last place to stop supplying heat is to kindergartens, schools, hospitals and other social organizations: this happens when the average daily outside air temperature does not fall below plus 10°C for three days.
