POS-KUPANG.COM | MAUMERE-Implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccine Kick Off in Sikka Regency has started and been implemented.
For the Sikka Regency level, the implementation was centered at the Wolomarang Health Center, West Alok District, Saturday (6/2/2021) morning.
In the implementation of the vaccine at the Wolomarang Health Center, there are public officials in Sikka who are also vaccinated with health workers (Nakes).
Public officials in Sikka who were vaccinated include the Regent of Sikka, Fransiskus Roberto Diogo or often known as Regent Robby Idong, Kapolres Sikka, AKBP Sajimi, K Guru Sikka, Fahmi, SH, MH Bishop Maumere, Mgr. Martinus Ewaldus Sedu, Pr, Sekda Sikka, Adrianus Firminus Parera, Member of DPRD Sikka Regency, Director of RSUD Dr.TC. Hillers Maumere, Head of the Sikka District Health Office, Chairman of the KNPI Sikka Regency, Head of BJPS Maumere, Chancellor of Nipa Nipa University Indonesia and General Manager of the KSP Kopdit Obor Mas.
In implementation, Bupati Sikka, Fransiskus Roberto Diogo was the first person who was called to do the vaccine and went through several stages of examination before being vaccinated.
After being declared fit, the Sikka Regent was then injected with the vaccine.
After getting the vaccine, the Regent of Sikka told reporters that he was relieved.
“This vaccine is good, I don’t think it’s anything, it’s safe, it doesn’t feel nauseous either,” said Regent Sikka.
He also invited all residents of Sikka Regency to take part in the Covid-19 vaccination to increase their immunity in the face of the 2019 Corona Virus Deiseases or COVID-19 attacks. Bishop Maumere, Mgr. Martinus Edwaldus Sedu, who was the second person summoned to conduct an examination before being vaccinated, was declared unable to get the Covid-19 vaccination.
