For six months, the “Tous vents” clinic in Lillebonne near Le Havre (Seine-Maritime) operated only on an outpatient basis due to lack of staff. A dozen doctors bought the establishment and it has since been able to hire staff.
Finally, good news for the hospital and medical world, which has been suffering and under tension for years, in particular due to a resumption of contamination related to Covid, seasonal flu and bronchiolitis.
The Lillebonne Tous Vents clinic was bought by eleven doctors last October. It’s such a relief for this population basin of 100,000 inhabitants. For 6 months their clinic was forced to close its doors every night. Due to lack of staff, the facility operates on an outpatient basis only.

Thanks to this acquisition, the future of the plant is becoming clearer for 2023, which just hired two nurses. The establishment will then be able to welcome inpatients on a 24-hour basis from 19 December.
A real relief for the new director Sistine Stumm: “she is the second nurse we have recruited. The first allows us to reopen full hospitalization the week before Christmas from Monday to Thursday and we will resume this rhythm there in January, February…. Until it’s time to find other nurses to be able to reopen 7 days a week and 24 hours a day.
For his part, the anesthetist specifies that: “The people most affected in the context in which there is no longer 24-hour hospitalization in the operating room are the most destitute, who have fewer families and those who are most in need. ».
