After a first life as an electronics engineer, Vincent Gosset went into the butchery business. He holds that of Sainte-Feyre, which has just received for the sixth year in a row a distinction from the prestigious gastronomic guide Gault et Millau. Vincent Gosset is awarded the national apprenticeship master’s prize, all craft trades combined, for his qualities as a teacher.
