Wife of Alain Balland, currently vice-president of the departmental council, municipal councilor and former mayor of Saint-André (for three terms from March 2001 to June 2020), active in several local associations with responsibilities in their respective offices, Marie- Claude Balland died last Wednesday, following an implacable illness, at the age of 75.
