It is noted that a criminal case was opened against a resident of the city of Blagoveshchensk, which is located on the border with China. The man received a fine in March, and from April 1 to May 6 he distributed publications criticizing the war in Ukraine on social networks.
According to journalists of the publication Media zone, “recidivist” may be 53-year-old activist Vladislav Nikitenko. On the first day of the war in Ukraine, February 24, he submitted applications to all regional military investigation departments of the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor’s Office of the Russian Federation against Vladimir Putin and members of the Security Council. The man accused the country’s leadership of starting the war. They refused to accept the applications, and in April the court found in them signs of “discrediting” the army.
In addition, on March 17 he was fined, and on May 6 he was arrested for 15 days for a video on YouTube, on the intro of which there was a photo with a swastika from a meeting of the People’s Court of Justice in Nazi Germany.
