Within the framework of the guaranteed right of reply and expression, the head of the Beni Sheker group stated to Nadorsity, in letters in which he commented on what was stated by two members of his opponents in the group council, today, Monday, March 06, on the sidelines of a regular session of the aforementioned council, where the president said that each of the two members is Munim Amghar and Munim Saou, accusing him of causing a “blockage” at the level of the group’s reconstruction files, while what the law currently stipulates in the reconstruction procedures is that the latter pass through electronic platforms shared between the agency, the group, employment, and others, and matters remain in the hands of the authority at present.
The speaker goes on: Those who have legal documents we sign for them, and those who do not have them, we do not have the authority to break the law, or accept files for random construction.
The President adds that solving the problems of random construction is not within his competence.
President Mawtani calls on the group to work to obtain building permits in accordance with the legal procedures, as the group can only implement citizens’ requests within the framework of the law, in terms of providing building or repair permits according to the procedures in force nationally.
In response to the site’s question about accusing him, as president, of being run by strangers from the council, the latter said that he works in coordination with the leadership leader, and this was not strange among strangers whom the two did not originally identify.
Concerning the group’s cars, which the opposition accused him of giving to strangers from the group to drive, the president responded by saying that this is nothing more than another accusation with no evidence, and that the group’s cars are driven by casual employees and no one else.
The latter is surprised by the absence of these two members from the council for a period of 14 months, calling: Where were Hado?..accusing them of seeking to get him into legal trouble by asking him to sign building permits in a similar manner and to mediate with the local authority to pass random permits, expressing his fear of what happened to the heads of previous groups of Like this, put them in prison.
The President concluded by responding to the accusations of embezzlement that occurred during his reign, as he indicated that her term of office is still in its infancy, and that he, in turn, calls for delegations of the Interior Committee to examine the budget and the budgets of the group formulated and managed during the eras that preceded him.
Nadorsi had broadcast statements by the opposition accusing the president of what he mentioned above and commenting on it.
