In the records of the Riga Regional Criminal Police Department there is a criminal case for possible large-scale fraud in connection with the organization of the concert “Enrique Iglesias – All the hits live”, which was supposed to take place on December 5, 2019, in the Arena Rīga, informed the State Police.

The investigation into the criminal trial continues and some of the victims have so far responded.

Police again urged residents who had purchased concert tickets, but have not yet contacted the police, to contact the police.

Residents are invited to submit a request by completing and attaching the provided form, available in three languages here.

In case of ambiguity, citizens are advised to contact the officials of the Criminal Police Department of the Riga State Police Regional Administration.

In 2021, the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC) announced that people still have not received their money back for the pop musician’s canceled concert in 2019, as a criminal case was initiated in the case, due of which all funds at the disposal of the company I “Bilešu serviss” were frozen.

Until June 2, 2020, PTAC called on “Bileš servis” to refund the funds raised for ticket sales to consumers, however, the company was unable to meet this request, because at that time part of the profit from the sale of the tickets had already been transferred to a Bulgarian registered company “ART BG – Management EOOD”, which was responsible for organizing and managing the event.

The Bulgarian company did not respond to requests for the return of the money, and “Biļešu Serviss” decided to go to the State Police, but a criminal case was later initiated, as a result of which all available “Biļešu Serviss” funds from the sale of tickets for the failed Iglesias concert have been frozen.

It has already been announced that the singer planned to perform his world tour concert program ‘All the hits Live’ on December 5, 2019, at ‘Arena Riga’, but the concert was cancelled.
