It is noted that the Polish government has prepared various scenarios, including those related to the introduction of restrictive measures at the local level, depending on the number of cases and the level of vaccination in certain regions. But no concrete decisions have been made yet.
“They will be adopted depending on the development of the epidemic situation in the country,” said the head of the prime minister’s office.
In Poland, the epidemic regime announced in March last year is in effect, but most of the antiquated restrictions have already been canceled. In early May, in compliance with sanitary safety measures, shops in shopping centers, cultural and sports establishments resumed their work. Since May 15, the country has canceled the mask regime on the street, cafes and restaurants, cinemas and theaters, swimming pools and saunas have been opened, nightclubs and entertainment centers are operating.
As previously reported, in Poland in recent weeks the number of coronavirus infections is increasing by 20-30% weekly.
