In Plumieux, the Taleu lake has found a buyer – Plumieux

During the municipal council on January 21, Sébastien Quinio, mayor, informed elected officials of the upcoming signing of a sales agreement for the Taleu pond, at a price of € 45,500, including € 4,500 for the agent . Consulted last September by the municipality, the population expressed itself mainly for this sale. The Taleu pond was acquired by the town of Plumieux in 2011, under the mandate of Gérard Connan, for a project that could not materialize.

The surveyor Nicolas, from Loudéac, was appointed to oversee the project for the final servicing of the Hameau des Lavandières, at a cost of € 6,900. A kick-off meeting is scheduled for the next few days. The mayor also informed the city council of the observations made during the public inquiry for the PLUi and of the proposed modifications discussed during a meeting with the Loudéac Community service on January 15.

Reorganization of loans

The mayor reminded elected officials of the decision to reorganize loans to allow the municipality to improve its self-financing capacity. Following the proposals of several banking institutions, the mayor proposed to prepay the Postal Bank loan after the normal maturity, and to restructure the Arkéa loan, also after the normal maturity, by adding the outstanding capital and l ‘Prepayment indemnity from the Postal Bank. After deliberating, the city council validated the mayor’s proposal.
