In Belgravia, a district in London, you will find a very striking pop-up this summer. In The Ice Cream Project you order all your favorite sauces in ice cream form. And for once we are not talking about chocolate sauce. You can not think of it so crazy or you will find it in one of the 14 flavors.

Not only savory sauces, but also herbs, tea, cornflakes and even white beans are in the range of the store that is still open until 28 augustus. Kikkoman Soy Sauce, Heinz Tomato Ketchup, PG Tips, Heinz Mayonnaise, HP Sauce, Heinz Salad Cream, Heinz White Beans in Tomato Sauce, Quaker Oatmeal, Bird’s Pudding, Kellogg’s Coco Pops and Frosties, Lyl’s Golden Syrup, Lea & Perrins, and Polo are all among the offer. The Ice Cream Project describes the concept itself as “a minimalist temple to honor ice cream and sorbet.”

For those who do not dare to admit that such a scoop of soy sauce can be tasty: the queues at the pop-up store last an average of 45 minutes. So you are not the only one who sometimes has a guilty pleasure can enjoy. Although you have to pay a trip to London for it.
