Guatemala, like Honduras, received a donation of 5,000 doses from the Israeli government, which will be applied to 2,500 health personnel workers who are in direct contact with COVID-19 positive people.
After noon, the plane arrived with the vaccines that were later sent to the National Biological Center where the designated refrigeration area for the safekeeping of the doses is located. This afternoon the vaccination will begin in five hospitals in the country.
