Festive thoughts
Gábor Csapó, general director of the Tolna County Vocational Training Center:
“I also came to work at my current workplace.” They see me as a partner and let me do my work. About this celebration, I think it was a very beautiful and touching evening.
It is a very good thing if a city, which, although it does not maintain institutions and schools, “only” has a nursery school and a kindergarten, but is serious about hosting the teachers of the High School and the Vocational Training Center year after year, as a tradition on occasions. This acknowledges their work, which means a very good partnership.
The holiday gave Mayor Zsolt Horváth – who spent fifteen years at the chair – the opportunity to greet the gathered as colleagues and colleagues:
– My teaching career began in 1985, when I obtained my teaching diploma. Before my current job, I spent fifteen years at the department. It meant a lot to me personally and professionally. I learned both from the profession and from life. I was able to impart knowledge to the students and make lifelong friendships with them. To this day, they stop me on the street, tell me about their lives and are curious about mine as well. This occasion also draws attention to the importance of the school system in the life of a settlement. We must not let go of the spirit of those who work there, we need it. Our local school system gives our young people the opportunity to learn up to and including technical school. I am a local patriot, which is why my children went to school here before university. Dealing with children cannot end with school hours, but is also needed at home. Teachers and parents must work together for the highest possible quality education for students.
I think that Dunaföldvár is a big family in terms of education. We don’t want to let go of anyone’s hand. It’s true that we don’t run the schools, but we pay attention to the people who work there and help them if we can. We can only have a secure future if our young people can return to our city after finishing school and find work for themselves and further strengthen it.
It came from the “Smile and Confidence Factory”.
After his 60 years of service, Gyémánt was awarded a diploma by Imréne Kőrösi, who was known as Aunt Csöpi in the kindergarten, speaking in the voice of love.
“Our field can only be done well with love.” I also learned that a child’s personality develops around the age of six. These tickets can only be changed with it. So, under the influence of my father, this was my guiding principle. I was able to love them all.
When asked how he was able to give so much love, he answers with a smile:
“Probably because I got so much.” Primarily from my family, but also from the children and parents. It is a very good thing if the unsure parent dares to ask the kindergarten teacher for advice, because they have a common goal, to raise a clever and smart child.
As to what the secret is, if there is a secret at all, maybe dedication can be the answer:
– First, I highlight and praise the good in the child, and then I pick out the things in which he can be even better! As a result of all this, as well as my vocation, I never wanted to leave this wonderful field.
Aunt Csepi is my role model
Úr-Hószú Edina, head of the Eszterlánc Kindergarten, kindergarten and kitchen in Dunaföldvár, warmly greeted Aunt Csöpi:
– It was easy for me to praise him today, as I consider him a lovable, true human and professional role model. I was also able to learn a lot from him during our current conversation.
