Mélanie Coatrieux, manager of AB Courtage in Paimpol, is behind this chocolate operation. “Today, in the news, we are confronted with Covid. I find that we do not reward caregivers enough ”, explains Mélanie Coatrieux. She convinced several business leaders in the region (Herry, Morellec, PPA, Goëlo hotel-restaurant, Axmor Transactions real estate agency, Le Faucheur funeral directors, the artisan chocolatier Eouzan and the accounting firm AUDACC) to offer baskets chocolates to the nursing staff of the hospital center. In total, twelve baskets for a value of € 350 were offered. Mélanie Coatrieux dropped them off at the hospital on Friday morning.
