Crazy rich Medan Indra Kenz or Indra Kesuma went to Turkey on the pretext of medical treatment, so he could not fulfill the summons for the Criminal Investigation Police investigation regarding the Binomo fraudulent investment case. The National Police said that Indra was considered not to have used the opportunity for clarification given by investigators.
“Investigators have given IK the opportunity to clarify, but it was not used properly. In fact, he went abroad. In other words, he admitted his guilt,” the Director of Special Economic Crimes (Dirtipideksus) of the Indonesian National Police, Brigadier General Whisnu Hermawan, when contacted on Thursday ( 17/2/2022).
“We will send him a call first, then he will write a letter. Before he was called, he had not made a letter,” said Whisnu.
Whisnu said that his party could still raise the level of the case to investigation even though Indra Kenz not present on Friday (18/2) tomorrow. If Indra Kenz is still unable to attend after three summons, the police will pick him up.
“You can immediately carry out an investigation. If you have fingerprints later, according to the Criminal Procedure Code, the summons did not come once, did not come twice, was taken three times,” said Whisnu.
Indra Kenz Goes to Turkey for Treatment
Indra Kenz previously flew to Turkey ahead of an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police regarding the Binomo case. Lawyer Indra KenzWardaniman Larosa, said his client wanted treatment.
“It’s true, because he has a schedule for treatment and control abroad. Long before the police call. If I’m not mistaken, he went to Turkey,” Wardaniman said when asked for confirmation, Wednesday (16/2).
Indra is said to have flown to Turkey on Monday (14/2). Wardaniman said Indra would not be in Turkey for long.
He said that Indra Kenz did not intend to be absent from the call from the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. The schedule for the health check was said to have existed before the Binomo case was reported.
“I can’t tell you what kind of pain he is. He said he was sick and there was a previous control schedule. Long before this he had been treated, then there was this call,” he said.
