The patrol police recalled that according to Art. 122-4 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, for the fact that the driver left the scene of an accident in which they were involved, a fine of 3400 UAH is provided, and if there are victims as a result of the accident, the driver bears criminal responsibility.
