During the search, law enforcement officers confiscated computer equipment, webcams, mobile phones and other material evidence from the defendant. According to the police, the activities of the girl “contradicts the norms of public morality”.
After a pre-trial investigation, the Odessa woman was declared suspected under Parts 2 and 3 of Article 301 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Import, production, sale and distribution of pornographic items). She faces three to seven years in prison with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to three years.
At the moment, the pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
