In Norway, a man armed with a bow and arrows killed and injured several people in an attack, AFP reports.
Police have detained the attacker. Information available to law enforcement officers suggests that there was only one attacker.
The police also do not yet provide information on the number of victims and deaths.
The motives for the attack are not yet known.
The attack took place in Kongsberg around 18.30 local time.
