This partnership also allows customers to centralize their needs.

“On leroymerlin.fr, you can directly buy your supplies and prepare your declaration file”, announces Guilhem Tuffery, CEO of Urbassist. Cost of the service for individuals: 69 euros for a prior declaration, and 99 euros for a building permit (excluding single-family homes). “The platform is simple to use, the plans are made automatically and the prices are accessible”, specifies Guilhem Tuffery. “With Urbassist, you get your work declaration file, including all the formalities and necessary plans, in about 25 minutes” , promises the DIY store to its customers. Indeed, the Urbassist platform is automated, which allows the user to obtain his complete declaration file with plans (ground plan, section, etc.) and graphic parts in less than half an hour. , when it usually takes between 4 and 8 hours for this type of administrative process.The Urbassist platform, created in 2018, is the result of 18 months of research and development. The start-up has 5 employees and plans two recruitments. Urbassist is supported by BIC Innov’up, incubator of innovative companies of the CCI du Gard.
