Russian troops bombard Nikolaev with cluster shells on April 21 and recently another explosion was heard in the city.

Local authorities call Nikolaev stay away from windows.

About it informed Mayor of Nikolaev Alexander Senkevich.

“Mykolaiv continues to be attacked with cluster shells… Recently, an explosion thundered over the city again. Friends, stay away from windows – remember the two-wall rule. Stay at home during the curfew,” the mayor urged.

He recalled that on the night of April 21 as a result of enemy shelling of Nikolaev three people were injured, one of the victims died in hospital. All these people were on the street at the time of the shelling, despite the curfew.
