The focal point of the room is the White Street sofa designed especially for this space. This architectural piece underlines Lee Broom’s fascination with symmetry and fluidity. The sofa, profiled and modular, can be arranged in several configurations and is connected by sculpted armrests, or corner and side tables. The Tribeca table, a series of sculptural side tables and coffee tables, reflects the same floating concept as the sofa and appears to defy gravity.

It had been a few years since Lee Broom had made any interiors. The designer, known worldwide for his lighting, focused on the creation of objects and furniture. With his own apartment, he reconnects with the more global vision of the interior designer. “When designing an object, every aspect, every detail must be taken into account. When we design a space, we see the whole diagram with a peripheral vision. We no longer focus on a specific element, he shares. When the two come together and choose pieces from my own collection or design pieces for a particular space, it’s an incredibly liberating and creative experience. ”
