To be exact, this Model Y isn’t the very first to join a police fleet. Some units in Fremont, California and Washington State have already performed tests on this vehicle. But when it comes to Westchester County law enforcement, they are the first to officially present it as a vehicle in their fleet.
It is the detective unit present in the Westchester Police Department that will have the honor and privilege of driving the beautiful electric SUV. Indeed, their driving style is more suited to such a vehicle compared to patrol units.
