New York, Saturday March 6, 2021 ((rezonodwes.com)) – Oil prices hit new closing highs in nearly two years on Friday, driven by the smaller than expected increase in supply from major exporting countries from April.
The North Sea barrel for delivery in May gained 2.07% in London, to 69,36 dollars, a high at the close since April 2019.
WTI’s US barrel for April climbed 1.82% to 66,09 dollars, a level of end of session more reached in 22 months.
