Sébastien Gaborieau was sentenced this Tuesday, November 10, by the criminal court of Montluçon (Allier) to three years in prison for a series of thefts and concessions. He is also prohibited from staying in the Allier for a period of five years.
The hearing of the facts in the presence of the defendant by videoconference took place Tuesday, September 29.
Burgled houses and warehouses
The charges against the 49-year-old Montluçonnais had been committed between August 1 and October 4, 2019 in homes and depots in Montluçon, Néris-les-Bains, Hérisson, Commentry, Verneix and Saint-Georges-de-Poisieux (Cher ). Six victims were called civil parties.
During their search, the gendarmes had found more than two hundred objects in the garage of the accused.
