In Montluçon (Allier), the agents of the city and the agglomeration always mobilized on the reorganization of their working time

Rebelote … Like last week, some of the agents of the City of Montluçon (Allier), Montluçon community and the communal center of social action (CCAS) disengaged this Thursday, December 9 in the morning. They were about seventy, from 11 a.m. to noon, in front of the administrative city, at the call of the intersyndicale CGT-CFDT-FO. In question: the reorganization of their working time.

The revendications

To align with thelegal obligation of 1,607 working hours per person per year, also qualified as “35 effective hours”, which will have to be applied on 1 January next as stipulated in the law on the transformation of the civil service, the aforementioned communities (city, agglomeration) are indeed carrying out alterations within their services. A reorganization which notably involves the loss of days off or by the end of the four and a half day week. This is therefore contested by some of the agents:

“The 1,607 hours, we are already doing them!” The community is just taking advantage of this law to reorganize its own way, without consultation. We are asking for real consultation, taking our requests into account. “

Otherwise they promise to renew actions of this type, or others. For example, a gathering is already planned for the Wednesday 15 December, at 5:30 p.m., in front of the Town Hall of Montluçon, on the occasion of the municipal council.

Repercussions in school canteens

Of the twenty-four school restaurants in the city of Montluçon, nine were impacted by the action of this Thursday, November 9. ” More 500 replacement meals, cold, were prepared by the central kitchen and distributed ”, relates the municipality in a press release. ” One message d’information was sent to families on Wednesday, leaving parents the possibility of picking up their children for the meridian break, ”he added.

All local authorities in Auvergne must pass the 35 hours effective on January 1, 2022 [30/11/2021]
