Rebelote … Like last week, some of the agents of the City of Montluçon (Allier), Montluçon community and the communal center of social action (CCAS) disengaged this Thursday, December 9 in the morning. They were about seventy, from 11 a.m. to noon, in front of the administrative city, at the call of the intersyndicale CGT-CFDT-FO. In question: the reorganization of their working time.

The revendications
To align with thelegal obligation of 1,607 working hours per person per year, also qualified as “35 effective hours”, which will have to be applied on 1 January next as stipulated in the law on the transformation of the civil service, the aforementioned communities (city, agglomeration) are indeed carrying out alterations within their services. A reorganization which notably involves the loss of days off or by the end of the four and a half day week. This is therefore contested by some of the agents:
“The 1,607 hours, we are already doing them!” The community is just taking advantage of this law to reorganize its own way, without consultation. We are asking for real consultation, taking our requests into account. “
