The Truckpower locations in Mönchengladbach, Krefeld, Dorsten, Emmerich and Ratingen have been part of the Europart network since the beginning of February. The employees at the Truckpower locations in Cologne and Hilden are now strengthening the teams at the Europart branches in Cologne and Düsseldorf. Truckpower Holding GmbH filed for insolvency in December 2022.
“With the integration of five former Truckpower locations, we can guarantee customers in this economically strong region an even better supply of parts in their area,” says Olaf Giesen, CEO of Europart. “The previous employees, most of whom have many years of experience, will continue to be available to customers as contacts with competent advice.”
Customers of the former Truckpower locations Mönchengladbach, Krefeld, Dorsten, Emmerich and Ratingen can now access the Europart delivery program and the own brand “Premium Parts” with a three-year manufacturer’s guarantee. In addition to commercial vehicle parts, the company also offers workshop equipment and furnishings, work clothing, load securing equipment, operating materials and workshop supplies.
The workshop online system “EWOS 3.0” offers organizational solutions and spare parts orders around the clock. With a new integrated VIN search for the seven largest commercial vehicle manufacturers and OE number display, Europart provides its customers with an unlimited number of VIN searches in the EWOS. In addition, the Europart Competence Center supports customers with technical expertise and individual advice.
