Our colleague Asya Damyanova is dead, her family announced.Much of Asya’s professional career was spent in the village of Maritsa. In addition to being a longtime author and editor in the media, she was also deputy editor of “BG Courier” magazine.
We will all remember her as a combative, intelligent and positive person who, with her honest character, has won respect and sympathy.

The burial will be on Monday at 2 pm at the Central Cemetery.
