On the occasion of the presidential election, on Sundays April 10 and 24, the Syklett collective is offering a special on-demand transport service by tricycle, at Lorient (Morbihan).
This service is free, accessible to people with reduced mobility, of all ages, living in Lorient and Lanester,
says Elise Henry, project manager. This action is part of a civic approach, so that people with mobility difficulties can exercise their right to vote.
A special bicycle is also available for transporting people in wheelchairs.
Four bicycles and volunteers
Volunteers and four bicycles will be mobilized throughout the day.
“Remember that Syklett is a non-partisan structure, that we respect everyone’s free choice to vote or not, and that this service is offered to everyone regardless of the choice of vote”, emphasizes Elise Henry.
