Lithuanians this year stood out with rich Christmas decorations. But now, at Easter, a small town is trying to set a record by decorating the city’s main street with 10 thousand eggs.
Multicolored egg chains adorn the streets and gardens of Šeduva, a city in northern Lithuania. About three thousand people live there, but there are more than 10 thousand ornamental eggs.
Earlier, this small town stood out with gorgeous Easter decorations. For example, in 2013, the streets were decorated with about two thousand decorative eggs. They consist of painted eggshells, colored ribbons and other decorative elements.
