Children receive a compensation of no less than 800 euros when they register for a study with a Chinese-American corona vaccine for 12 to 17-year-olds. Fifty test subjects have already registered, but the Limburg Anima Research Center is still looking for 250 children. The high amount raises questions. The Ethics Committee, which has to approve studies, is not happy with the attention. “One should never advertise how much a test subject can earn,” says committee chair Minne Casteels.
